Does it accept both coins and bills?
Yes, all ATM Buddy models accept both coins and bills!
Is the SAFE Buddy designed specifically for younger children?
It's not designed specifically for younger children, but it's the simplest one of our products so it's the easiest to use, but that shouldn't discourage anyone from buying it.
Does the ATM Buddy work with all currencies?
It's possible to use it with all currencies, but the ATM Buddy has an automatic counter for coins, which is adjusted to US coins, meaning it will not work with other currencies properly, although there is a workaround, as it's possible to manually type the amount you've deposited. Also, both ATM Buddy and ATM Buddy Pro display the amount with a prefixed $ sign.
What is the main advantage that the ATM Buddy Pro has over the normal ATM Buddy?
There are multiple advantages that come with the ATM Buddy Pro:

Are there going to be more color options in the future?
Yes, we're planning on starting to sell different color options for all of our products very soon, so subscribe to our newsletter to be the first one to know when they become available.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
In most circumstances, it takes up to 48 hours from the moment you placed an order for it to be seen by one of our employees and processed. In rare circumstances, it might take more than 48 hours, but we do our best to process each order as soon as possible.
Which shipping options are available?
The only shipping option currently available is "Standard shipping", which costs $5, but the shipping cost becomes free for all orders over $55.
Which countries do you ship to?
You will find a complete list of countries once you're in the address part of the checkout and have to select a country for your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In most cases it takes between 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered, although, it is possible for the shipping to take longer for a number of reasons.
Do you accept returns and do refunds?

How can I know if my order is eligible for a return/refund?
Returns and refunds are possible in certain cases, usually when the item arrives damaged or incomplete, to create a case, please send a message to our email: support@atmbuddy.store with your problem and pictures of the product and we will do try our best to assist you.
